Visions Program Manager

Title: Visions Program Manager

Length of Position: Full-time (*initial 90-day probationary period)

Location: Irvine, CA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, International Development, Development Economics or related field

  • Minimum 5+ years work experience in International Development or nonprofit sector

  • Passport holder & willingness to travel frequently both domestically & internationally

    • All travel expenses will be covered (including accommodation, airfare, transportation, meals, visa fees, medical evacuation insurance, baggage fees, etc.)

  • Flexibility in work location and arrangements

  • Must be willing to work out of the Visions office located in Irvine, CA when not traveling

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Graduate degree in Education, International Relations, International Development, Development Economics or related field

  • Fundraising and/or grant-writing experience strongly preferred

  • Strong public speaking, interpersonal and networking skills

  • Proficiency in other languages (specifically Spanish, ASL, Tamil or Amharic)

  • Teaching experience
